We want it to be perfect, that’s why here at the Katherine Victoria online store we are pleased to offer our customers a too-easy returns system, offering a refund, credit note or exchange on any item purchased online at

Simply get in contact at within 7 days from the date the item was received, let us know your reasons and/or exchange requirements and we will happily issue you with a credit note, refund or exchange depending on the situation as well as organise for the easy return of your item.  All parcels are sent by courier and must be returned by courier using the ‘easy returns’ sticker.   

If the garment doesn’t fit we will happily exchange it for the right size, if we do not have your size in stock we will offer you an online store credit or refund.
Items must be in original condition, unworn, with all tags in place.  We are unable to accept laundered or customer damaged goods; this will be assessed by our online team when the item has been delivered back to our online store head office.   

We take pride in every little detail here so all our pieces are lovingly and carefully quality controlled by Kat and the team.  We check for any faults before they are dispatched to customers so should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition or does not fit, please contact us immediately at 

Please note : There are no refunds or credit notes offered on sale items; however if you get in contact within 48 hours of purchase we may be able to change the size for you depending on availability.  In addition we are happy to exchange your sale item for something of equal or higher value within the 7 day period. 
Katherine Victoria offers online store credit that is valid for three months only.  
In the unlikely event that the item does not get accepted for return/exchange we may send the item back to you.


1.     First of all please let us know via email at within 5 days of receiving your Katherine Victoria online store order and provide your reasons and/or exchange requirements so we can help out. 
2.     Fill in your returns form included in the order.
3.     Pop the item back in the box along with the returns form (form required for proof of purchase). 
4.     Jott our return address onto the box : Katherine Victoria, 95 Constable Street, Newtown 6021, Wellington, New Zealand +64 20 40151609.  We have also included a courier sticker for easy returns, so simply stick this onto outside of the parcel and you’re ready.
5.     Next, one of our couriers will be in touch with you to organise a stress free pick up.
6.     Once we have received your return, please allow 5-7 working days for exchanges/refunds/credit notes to be processed.  We will be in contact with the status of your return. 

Please Note : For international returns please contact us immediately at and we will arrange a DHL courier to pick up the parcel, please attach your original invoice and customs document to the outside of package to avoid delay
